Great Circle offers many resources and educational opportunities to equip parents with the tools they need to succeed and to help ensure their kids have a happy, healthy childhood.
Home Visiting – Great Circle offers several home visiting programs throughout Missouri and eastern Kansas, based on the family’s need and using proven, evidence-based models. Programs include: Early Assessment and Intervention Services for Outcomes (EAIS-ON), Healthy Families, Better Beginnings, Learn Grow Thrive and Intensive In-Home Services.
Parent Education & Training – These programs focus on strengthening families through parenting classes, family assessments and in-home support services. The goal is to improve communication between family members, develop effective discipline strategies, increase understanding of child development, stabilize the family, and reduce child abuse and neglect. Programs include: Positive Parenting, Incredible Years, Parenting Alliance for Understanding, Support and Education (PAUSE), Parent Aide services, and the Parenting Life Skills Center (in Springfield).
